Internship Opportunity

Silicon Valley Youth Climate Action is hiring paid interns for our Transit-Oriented Communities Internship, supported by a 2026 Valley Transportation Authority grant. This is a chance to work on real projects that help reduce car dependency, increase public transit use, and strengthen climate-smart communities across Santa Clara County.

What you’ll do

  • Lead workshops and presentations on climate action and transit

  • Help students learn how to plan trips, navigate routes, and use public transit safely

  • Collaborate with student leaders and schools to advance transit-oriented solutions

  • Build practical skills in communication, outreach, and project coordination
